WHIG Evidence Package

Extract the complete ZIP first, then open WHIG Inventory.html in a browser to search your inventory,
view photos and receipts, and print selected entries. Keep the HTML beside the photo folders and
other documents. It works offline. If your phone's file preview cannot run the viewer, open the
extracted folder on a computer, or use Evidence Record.pdf for your compact illustrated inventory.
HTML printing starts each entry on a new page and includes its supporting photos.

Update in WHIG and export again to keep your inventory, photos and package documents together.
You may annotate PDFs or edit the spreadsheet in your own tools. Those changes do not sync back
to WHIG or update the other documents. The HTML viewer is read-only and cannot restore WHIG alone.
Inventory.csv opens in Excel, Numbers or another spreadsheet app. It has one row per entry.
Evidence index.csv matches every entry to its photo files. Photos open separately from the CSV.
The same WHIG item reference appears in the documents, spreadsheets and photo filenames.
Search for an item reference in Evidence Record.pdf to find its entry and supporting images.
References identify entries; they are not certificates or proof of ownership.

Photos are the stored source files, without recompression. Viewer previews contains optional small
JPEG display copies for the HTML viewer. They do not replace originals and are not used to restore
or verify records. Open an original file from its entry to inspect the full image. Original recording frames, owner-added
photos and receipts are labelled separately. If entries share a photo, the index points to the
same file. Legacy entries without an item ID have a blank reference and retain a backup filename.
Older-session photos kept only for restoration remain in WHIG restore data.

All values apply to the whole entry, including groups. Do not multiply by the physical count.
AI estimates and owner-stated values are separate. A blank value means unavailable, not zero.
Estimated. Not a professional valuation. The selected value basis explains which value is used.
Some text cells have a leading apostrophe so spreadsheet apps treat formula-like text as text.
Data export.json retains the structured record. Editing a CSV does not update WHIG or its originals.

Certificates and timestamp files apply only to the original records they identify, not later edits.
WHIG restore data and the photo folders together restore your inventory. Keep the complete ZIP.
Restore this package with the current version of WHIG. Older packages can still be restored.
This ZIP is not encrypted. It contains your inventory and photos; save or share it accordingly.
